1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bricks Marketing L.L.C ("Watheef," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company operating the Watheef platform at watheef.com and the Watheef mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform — whether via web browser, mobile application, or API — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines applicable to specific features.

2. Description of Service

Watheef is a talent acquisition platform built for the Kuwait market. The Platform connects job seekers ("Candidates") with employers ("Organizations") and provides tools for job posting, application tracking, candidate management, messaging, interview scheduling, and analytics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years of age to create a Candidate account and at least 18 years of age to create an Organization (Employer) account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information during registration; (b) keep your account credentials secure; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; (d) accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) harvest or collect personal information of other users; (e) interfere with the operation of the Platform; (f) upload malicious code; (g) use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization.

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (profiles, resumes, job postings). By submitting content, you grant Watheef a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Candidate Data Visibility

Your public profile (name, headline, skills, experience, portfolio links) is visible to any visitor. Private contact details — including your email address, phone number, civil ID, and uploaded CV — are not public. Employer accounts can only access your private contact details after you apply to one of their job postings. You can delete your data or deactivate your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

9. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the service, remember your session, understand how users interact with the Platform, and measure the performance of our advertising. Specifically, we use:

• Essential cookies for authentication and security.
• Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregated user behavior and improve the Platform.
• Advertising pixels such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, including server-side Conversions API, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and build audience segments for remarketing.

We do not sell your personal information. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; some Platform features may not function correctly as a result.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Bricks Marketing L.L.C and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bricks Marketing L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
