Warehouse Officer

Manage and organize inventory, ensure accurate receiving, issuing, storage, and stocktaking, and maintain material availability and safety to support company and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive materials and goods, verify quantities and specifications, and match them against approved documents and invoices.
• Organize and store materials safely so they are easy to access and protected from damage.
• Record all incoming and outgoing material movements and keep inventory balances current.
• Issue materials to departments and production teams against approved requests and documents.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical quantities with system records.
• Track shortages, slow-moving stock, and damaged materials, and report findings to management.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure required materials are available on time.
• Follow safety procedures when storing and handling glass, aluminum, wood, and related materials.

مسؤول مخزن

إدارة وتنظيم المخزون وضمان دقة الاستلام والصرف والتخزين والجرد، والمحافظة على توفر المواد وسلامتها لدعم عمليات الشركة والإنتاج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• استلام المواد والبضائع والتأكد من الكميات والمواصفات ومطابقتها للمستندات والفواتير.
• تنظيم وترتيب وتخزين المواد بطريقة آمنة ومنظمة تسهل الوصول إليها وتحافظ عليها من التلف.
• تسجيل حركة دخول وخروج المواد وتحديث أرصدة المخزون بشكل مستمر.
• صرف المواد للأقسام والإنتاج وفق الطلبات والمستندات المعتمدة.
• إجراء الجرد الدوري ومطابقة الكميات الفعلية مع سجلات النظام.
• متابعة المواد الناقصة أو الراكدة أو التالفة ورفع التقارير للإدارة.
• التنسيق مع قسم المشتريات والإنتاج والمبيعات لضمان توفر المواد المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب.
• الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة أثناء تخزين ومناولة الزجاج والألمنيوم والخشب والمواد المرتبطة بها.

General Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience in the same or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow deadlines and work procedures.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, accountability, and responsible ownership of work.
• A university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and project environment, with hands-on experience relevant to the position.

Technical knowledge and practical ability will be assessed during the interview.

الشروط العامة

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس المجال أو مجال ذي صلة.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والالتزام بالمواعيد وإجراءات العمل.
• الالتزام بالجودة والدقة وتحمل المسؤولية.
• شهادة جامعية أو ما يعادلها.
• إجادة التحدث باللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة تصنيع ومشاريع، مع خبرة عملية حقيقية في طبيعة الوظيفة المطلوبة.

سيتم تقييم الخبرة الفنية والقدرة على تنفيذ المهام العملية أثناء المقابلة.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing or building materials.
• Experience in inventory control, stocktaking, receiving, and issuing materials.
• Ability to use inventory systems and Microsoft Excel, with practical Odoo experience.
• Knowledge of glass, aluminum, wood, and related manufacturing materials.
• Accuracy, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المخازن، ويفضل في قطاع التصنيع ومواد البناء.
• خبرة في إدارة المخزون والجرد والاستلام والصرف.
• القدرة على استخدام أنظمة المخزون وExcel، مع خبرة في برنامج Odoo.
• معرفة بطبيعة مواد الزجاج والألمنيوم والخشب ومستلزمات التصنيع.
• الدقة والتنظيم والقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.
