Purchasing Officer

Ensure required materials and supplies are available on time, at the right quality and price, while managing suppliers and monitoring purchase orders and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out purchasing activities based on company needs, production plans, and project schedules.
• Source suppliers and compare prices, quality, lead times, and payment terms.
• Request quotations and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best available pricing and terms.
• Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring they match approved specifications and quantities.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and management teams regarding requirements and delivery dates.
• Monitor shipments and delayed orders, taking action to prevent production disruption.
• Evaluate suppliers and maintain current supplier and pricing records.
• Verify the quality and quantity of received materials with the warehouse and relevant department.

ضمان توفير المواد والمستلزمات المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب وبالجودة والسعر المناسبين، مع إدارة الموردين ومتابعة أوامر الشراء والتوريد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• تنفيذ عمليات الشراء وفق احتياجات الشركة وخطط الإنتاج والمشاريع.
• البحث عن الموردين ومقارنة الأسعار والجودة ومدة التوريد وشروط الدفع.
• طلب عروض الأسعار والتفاوض مع الموردين للوصول إلى أفضل الأسعار والشروط الممكنة.
• إصدار ومتابعة أوامر الشراء والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات والكميات المطلوبة.
• التنسيق مع المخزن والمصنع والمبيعات والإدارة لمتابعة الاحتياجات ومواعيد التوريد.
• متابعة الشحنات والطلبات المتأخرة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتفادي تعطيل الإنتاج.
• تقييم الموردين والمحافظة على قاعدة بيانات محدثة للموردين والأسعار.
• التأكد من جودة وكميات المواد المستلمة بالتنسيق مع المخزن والقسم المختص.

General Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience in the same or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow deadlines and work procedures.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, accountability, and responsible ownership of work.
• A university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and project environment, with hands-on experience relevant to the position.

Technical knowledge and practical ability will be assessed during the interview.

الشروط العامة

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس المجال أو مجال ذي صلة.
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والالتزام بالمواعيد وإجراءات العمل.
• الالتزام بالجودة والدقة وتحمل المسؤولية.
• شهادة جامعية أو ما يعادلها.
• إجادة التحدث باللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة تصنيع ومشاريع، مع خبرة عملية حقيقية في طبيعة الوظيفة المطلوبة.

سيتم تقييم الخبرة الفنية والقدرة على تنفيذ المهام العملية أثناء المقابلة.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, glass, aluminum, or wood.
• Strong negotiation and supplier quotation comparison skills.
• Good knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing supplies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Odoo for business operations.
• Accuracy in tracking orders, schedules, and documentation.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المشتريات، ويفضل في قطاع التصنيع ومواد البناء والزجاج والألمنيوم والخشب.
• مهارة قوية في التفاوض ومقارنة عروض الموردين.
• معرفة جيدة بالمواد الخام ومستلزمات التصنيع.
• إجادة استخدام Excel وبرنامج Odoo للشركات.
• الدقة في متابعة الطلبات والمواعيد والمستندات.
