Product Manager

Dawi's product reaches real patients every day — someone books a doctor for their sick child, an elderly parent gets a video consult from home, a worried expat finds a dermatologist who speaks their language. We're looking for a Product Manager who cares deeply about those moments.

You'll own entire parts of the Dawi experience — from the booking flow to our doctor-side dashboard to our telemedicine video product. You'll run discovery calls with patients and doctors, write PRDs, work directly with our engineers and designers, and ship weekly.

We're a small, senior team — no product committees, no endless slide decks. You'll work directly with the founders, set the roadmap for your area, and see your work ship to tens of thousands of users within weeks.

If you've built mobile consumer products, if you get excited by the Jobs-To-Be-Done framework, if you instinctively open Amplitude instead of asking "how are numbers?" — we want to meet you.

• 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally at a consumer mobile company

• You've shipped products that real people use — and you can tell stories about the decisions you made and the ones you got wrong

• Strong user research instincts — you talk to users, you don't just read surveys

• Comfortable with data — you can write a SQL query, you live in Amplitude/Mixpanel/Firebase

• Design literacy — you work in Figma alongside designers and can prototype your own ideas

• Great written communication — PRDs, specs, release notes, internal memos

• Bilingual (Arabic + English) is a strong plus — most of our users speak both, and you'll run interviews in both

• Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate — this role is hybrid from our Kuwait City office
