Description
As a Remote Motion Designer at Bricks, you will create amusing short video content and different designs to be posted across a variety of media, including social media and mobile platforms. You will be working with a team of creative professionals, supporting the teams' goals and media initiatives.
Daily Responsibilities
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, mobile apps, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, graphic designers, and video producers to develop visual concepts.
- Design and animate title sequences, lower thirds, and transitions to enhance video storytelling.
- Apply visual effects and compositing techniques to improve motion design quality.
- Ensure all motion content adheres to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation.
- Adapt animations for various platforms and screen sizes without compromising quality.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines consistently.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Optimize animations for performance and file size, especially on social and mobile platforms.
- Review and revise work based on feedback from creative leads and stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with team members throughout project cycles.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and composition.
- Experience creating content tailored for social media channels.
- Excellent eye for detail, color, and typography.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of visual effects and video editing is a plus.
