A Creative Associate is responsible for driving the creative direction and execution of the clients' projects. The role is about receiving multiple clients and then research, coming up with artistic & creative directions, design presentations, and execute them. It requires to have the ability to combine artistic vision with strategic thinking which will play a crucial role in delivering compelling and impactful campaigns & projects.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand client needs, target audience, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to gather creative briefs and translate their objectives into engaging creative concepts.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate creative ideas and concepts to clients.
- Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of creative projects, adhering to client deadlines and expectations, and it includes participating in a long and extended production sessions indoor & outdoor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives and Production teams, to align creative vision with project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance creative strategies.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on creative materials to ensure they meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular creative reviews and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking and develop new ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks & resources effectively.
- Collaborate with external vendors and creative partners as necessary to enhance project outcomes.
- Assist in the development of creative proposals, pitches, and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Support the growth and development of the creative team by providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback.
- Ensure the availability of a production plan to be ready for execution, that includes, storyboards, shortlists, budget breakdown, casting documents, wardrobe styles, props lists, and any other requires preparation.
- Take charge of the visual narrative by expertly styling food/non food items for photoshoots, orchestrating the perfect look for models, make up and their wardrobe.

- The ability to maintain attention to detail & preciseness, and the continuation of monitoring the clients' needs and their social media channels and campaign related matters.
- The ability to be available outside official working hours.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong project management skills; planning, executing, and managing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work extended hours and under pressure.
- Ability to set priorities workload and meet deadlines for the assigned tasks.
- Exceptional skills in styling, makeup artistry, food photography aesthetics, and dress styling for photoshoots.
