As an AI Media Specialist at Bricks, you will push the boundaries of our creative output by using the latest AI image, video, and production tools to generate, enhance, and reimagine content for clients. This role sits between the Creative and Production teams and is responsible for translating briefs into AI-assisted visuals, short-form videos, and production-ready assets at speed.
You are someone who obsesses over the AI space — you're on the beta list for every new model, you know which tool to reach for depending on the brief, and you genuinely enjoy breaking tools until they give you the output the team needs.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Produce AI-generated images and videos for client campaigns, social media content, pitches, and internal prototypes.
- Use the right tool for the job across the modern AI creative stack — including Nano Banana (Gemini), Kling, Higgsfield, Freepik AI, Runway, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Ideogram, Luma, Pika, and whatever launched this week.
- Craft strong prompts and iterate until the output matches the creative direction — not the first generation, the right one.
- Stitch AI outputs with traditional tools (Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci) to get production-grade results.
- Collaborate with the Creative and Account teams to translate briefs into concepts and moodboards that leverage AI.
- Keep up with daily releases across the AI creative scene and run internal experiments on any tool that could improve Bricks' output.
- Document prompts, workflows, and settings that worked so the team can reuse them.
- Maintain brand consistency — AI is a tool, not an aesthetic excuse. Outputs must respect client brand guidelines.
- Support the post-production pipeline with AI-assisted upscaling, cleanup, background removal, face refinement, and lip-sync where needed.
- Advise the team on what is and isn't realistic with AI today — including timelines, costs, and limitations.
- Contribute to client-facing presentations showing how AI is being used in their campaigns.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with image and video generation across multiple tools: Nano Banana (Gemini), Kling, Higgsfield, Freepik AI, Runway, Midjourney, Ideogram, and similar.
- Strong prompt engineering — you know how to steer models, not just ask them.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve for post-processing AI output.
- Comfortable running experiments and reading release notes, docs, and model cards weekly.
- Good eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling — AI makes it easy to generate, hard to curate.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple briefs at once.
- Strong written communication — prompt writing is writing.
- A portfolio of AI-generated work you can share, with the prompts and workflow behind it.
