Senior Product Designer

Healthcare apps are often ugly, confusing, and built like hospital forms. Dawi is the opposite — a calm, confidence-inspiring product that makes booking a doctor feel as easy as ordering a coffee. We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to raise that bar even higher.

You'll own the end-to-end design of experiences that matter: the patient booking flow, the doctor-side dashboard, our telemedicine video product, and entirely new surfaces we haven't built yet. You'll run user research, craft flows, design pixel-perfect screens in Figma, prototype interactions, and ship alongside engineers.

You'll be our most senior designer — partnering with the founders and product team to evolve Dawi's design system, establish craft standards, and eventually build out a design team. This is a staff-level opportunity with real ownership.

We care obsessively about details: the feel of a button press, how Arabic type renders in a mixed-language flow, how a nervous parent feels when their pediatric consult connects. If that sentence makes you nod — let's talk.

• 5+ years as a product designer, ideally on consumer mobile products

• A portfolio that demonstrates deep, shipped work — not just concepts. Show us flows, systems, and the outcomes they drove.

• Mastery of Figma — components, variants, auto-layout, design tokens, prototyping

• Experience designing for iOS and Android, plus responsive web

• Strong visual design chops — type, spacing, color, motion — alongside UX rigor

• Experience designing for Arabic / RTL is a huge plus (we are bilingual by default)

• You run your own user research — not in the "I'll wait for the researcher" mode

• You can partner with engineers tightly — you understand the constraints and trade-offs of native app development

• Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate — hybrid role from our Kuwait City office
