A Social Media Officer, AKA Account Associate at Bricks is responsible for bridging the communications with the client as well as acting as the project manager of all daily tasks that must be distrbuted to the team or an information that is needed from the client. 

The Account Associate at Bricks is communicative, strict, business minded, professional, and a social media guru!

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
  • Write compelling captions and ensure content reflects the company's brand voice and identity.
  • Design or coordinate the creation of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Monitor daily social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers professionally.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media best practices.
  • Monitor social media analytics and prepare periodic performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote company initiatives, products, services, events, and employer branding activities.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns when required.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Ensure all published content complies with company policies and brand guidelines.
  • Support marketing campaigns through social media promotions and digital engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills on both Arabic and English language.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and platform best practices.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and recommend improvements.
