Description

As a remote Social Media Officer at Bricks, you'll be the primary digital point of contact for assigned clients, managing their community interactions, handling inboxes across platforms, and executing social media strategies from a distance.

Serve as the dedicated remote account manager for assigned clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication through digital channels.

Monitor and manage client social media inboxes daily, responding promptly and professionally to DMs, comments, and inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.

Handle community management with a brand-consistent tone, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring no message goes unanswered.

Craft compelling captions and copy that reflect each client's brand voice, submitting for approval and incorporating feedback efficiently.

Build and maintain content calendars, scheduling and publishing posts across platforms to ensure a steady and strategic online presence.

Operate and navigate Meta Business Manager confidently.

Coordinate with the Creative and Production teams remotely to align on deliverables, timelines, and campaign execution.

Stay on top of platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to keep client strategies sharp and current.

Review and relay props, casting documents, and creative briefs to clients, collecting approvals in a timely manner.

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Proven hands-on experience managing social media platforms professionally, with a strong focus on inbox and community management.

Expert-level proficiency in Meta Business Manager; including ad account setup, asset management, user permissions, and troubleshooting access issues.

Strong command of scheduling and social media management tools.

Ability to interpret social media analytics and produce clear, strategic monthly reports.

Highly self-disciplined and reliable in a fully remote setting; capable of managing deadlines and client deliverables independently.

Excellent written communication skills for both client-facing correspondence and caption writing.

Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

Available and responsive outside standard working hours when campaign needs arise.

Proactive and solution-oriented in anticipating and addressing client needs before they escalate.

Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle various campaigns across different clients and industries.
