Description
As a Photographer at Bricks, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality visual content that aligns with client campaigns. You will work closely with the creative team to execute photography projects across various industries, making sure that all content meets the company's creative and technical standards. This role requires flexibility, including working evenings and weekends, based on project and event schedules.
- Capture professional photography for commercial campaigns, corporate events, activations, products, food & beverage, retail, hospitality, and social media content.
- Execute indoor and outdoor photo shoots according to creative briefs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with Creatives to deliver engaging visual content.
- Interpret creative concepts and transform them into compelling imagery that aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Set up, operate, and maintain professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting systems, backdrops, and accessories.
- Direct subjects during portrait, lifestyle, product, and corporate shoots to achieve the desired visual outcome.
- Ensure proper composition, lighting, framing, color balance, and exposure throughout each shoot.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or other professional editing software.
- Organize, archive, and maintain all raw files and final edited images according to company standards.
- Manage multiple photography projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain photography equipment and report any maintenance or replacement requirements.
- Coordinate with account managers and clients to ensure smooth execution of scheduled shoots.
- Ensure all photography produced complies with client expectations, company quality standards, and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with photography trends, editing techniques, equipment advancements, and industry best practices.
- Adapt photography styles to suit different brands, industries, and marketing objectives.
- Support the creative team with additional visual production tasks whenever required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a professional Photographer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other professional editing software.
- Excellent understanding of camera systems, lenses, lighting techniques, composition, exposure, and color correction.
- Strong knowledge of studio and on-location photography.
- Creative eye with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Strong organizational and file management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve production challenges.
- Up-to-date knowledge of photography trends, creative techniques, and emerging technologies.
