As a Remote Photo Retoucher at Bricks, you will enhance and perfect images to meet high-quality standards for digital and print media. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency with brand aesthetics and project goals. Attention to detail and a strong eye for color correction, composition, and flawless retouching are essential.
Daily Responsibilities
- Retouch and enhance images with precision and consistency.
- Perform color correction, skin smoothing, background cleanup, and object removal.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all retouched images.
- Collaborate remotely with designers and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
- Manage multiple image batches while meeting deadlines.
- Review and revise images based on feedback and quality standards.
- Optimize images for web, social media, and print platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest retouching techniques and software updates.
- Organize and archive retouched images systematically.
- Communicate clearly and promptly in a remote work environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively remotely.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
- Good communication skills and responsiveness.
- Experience handling high volumes of images is a plus.
