As a Hybrid Creative Associate working remotely from Egypt, you will develop creative concepts and pre-production plans, and when required, you will travel to Kuwait for on-site execution of photoshoots and production sessions.
Job Role & Responsibilities
While in Egypt (Remote Work):
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and styling directions for upcoming shoots.
- Plan and organize storyboards, shot lists, wardrobe selections, and prop lists to ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with the creative & production teams to finalize pre-production details.
- Conduct research and stay updated on food styling trends and visual aesthetics to enhance shoot quality.
While in Kuwait (On-Site Work):
- Take lead in photoshoots and work on food styling, prop arrangement, and set aesthetics during photoshoots.
- Ensure high-quality execution of creative concepts by collaborating with photographers & videographer and production teams.
- Manage wardrobe styling, makeup direction, and overall visual presentation of products and models.
- Troubleshoot and adapt styling approaches on-set to achieve the best results.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience in food styling, photography aesthetics, and creative direction.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle remote and on-site work.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring seamless coordination with the team.
- Availability to travel to Kuwait as required for shoots and production.
- A keen eye for detail in styling food and non-food elements for photography and videography.
