Description

As a Remote Business Development Associate at Bricks, you will support the back-office operations of the Business Development department. Your primary goal is to ensure a smooth and professional process from lead acquisition to project activation by managing documentation, communication, and internal coordination. This role demands strong written communication, a high level of professionalism, and precision in execution.

Job Role & Responsibilities

- Analyze incoming leads and assess which Bricks services best align with each client's needs and objectives.

- Accurately input and organize all lead-related information—including service needs, communications, and deal stages—into the CRM system.

- Manage inbound and outbound communication from multiple channels including the website, email, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

- Liaise with the legal team to finalize contract terms, incorporate legal edits when needed, and ensure documents are accurate before sharing with clients.

- Uphold Bricks' standards by ensuring that all written content; including proposals, emails, and internal documents are clear, grammatically accurate, and professionally presented.

- Maintain regular communication with the Kuwait-based on-ground team to provide updates on lead progress, signed deals, and any required physical tasks.

- Join online meetings with potential clients when required to observe, take notes, and document critical discussion points for follow-up.

- Understand the client's requirements and translate them into a structured service offering from Bricks, ensuring alignment with our portfolio and capabilities.

- Communicate with potential clients via email to share proposals, respond to inquiries, and maintain consistent and professional engagement throughout the sales cycle.

- Draft tailored business proposals based on each lead's requirements and discussions, ensuring proposals are clear, properly formatted, and reflect Bricks' tone and standards.

- Once a deal is confirmed, prepare an internal brief and coordinate a structured handover to the Account Management and Creative teams, providing all relevant context and documentation.

- Coordinate with courier services to send and receive physical documents such as contracts and proposals, ensuring all materials are tracked and documented properly.

- Listen to meeting recordings and extract key insights to summarize into structured minutes or proposal drafts.

- Document, acknowledge, and redirect client feedback or complaints to the appropriate departments, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

- Support the full lifecycle of business development operations, maintaining a professional, detail-oriented approach to handling every lead.

Skills & Competencies

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

- Professional proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.

- Advanced proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications.

- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
